Your Contributions Do Count.

We are into a profession of making a difference and creating more and more success stories.

Your Contributions Do Count.
It doesn’t matter if our efforts get recognized or not; what matters most is that we are able to be a part of someone's success and that sense of contribution itself is an accomplishment.

"Training & Development is a thankless profession!" In my career as a trainer, I came across such remarks quite frequently. To be honest, I must acknowledge the fact that we are into a profession of making a difference and creating more and more success stories. It doesn’t matter if our efforts get recognized or not; what matters most is that we are able to be a part of someone's success and that sense of contribution itself is an accomplishment.

I cherish these heart-warming messages as precious souvenirs

Recently I came across these messages from Akash (an MBA student) who has received his PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) from ITC, and Anjali (a BTech student) who is presently working with TCS. As a T & D professional, I cherish these heart-warming messages as precious souvenirs that remind me the value of my contribution and make me feel grateful to be in this worthy profession.

On one hand, if my job is to mentor students become employable; on the other hand, it's equally gratifying to motivate youngsters for their goals as a life skills coach.
I could sense that he started taking his life goals more seriously, kept working hard and remained truly focused on his aspirations
Ashish, an aspiring bodybuilder, met me when he was going through some troubled times both personally and professionally. I had an hour long session with him to make him understand the importance of his life goals, how to work towards them, and tried to 'ignite the fire' that got a bit blurred overtime.

I cou
ld sense that he started taking his life goals more seriously, kept working hard and remained truly focused on his aspirations and he kept me updated about his progress too. And today, I got the good news of him winning the most coveted title of Mr. Uttarakhand.

Remember, life is to do more and achieve more. Never doubt your potential and keep working hard in the direction of your dreams. Allow your passion to become your profession. Your contributions do count.
