As per latest WHO data, one person is taking his/ her life every 40 seconds. Yes! you read it right! By the time you finish up reading this, 2 - 3 more valuable lives would be gone.

I understand times are difficult, so much so that suicide or self-harm might seem the easiest way out to deal with 'life'.

As per latest WHO data, one person is taking his/ her life every 40 seconds. Yes! you read it right! By the time you finish up reading this, 2 - 3 more valuable lives would be gone.

I think we educators, coaches, trainers have a larger role to play. Over the time, I have realized these kids, teens, or even adults sometimes tend to rely on us more than their own near & dear ones.

Just received a series of messages from one of my former trainees; who was at the verge of complete emotional breakdown.
Just received a series of messages from one of my former trainees; who recently lost his job due to pandemic and was at the verge of complete emotional breakdown.

I made him a call and we talked for 25m 31s. After he hung up, I realized he seemed much relieved, and clear about his life and other choices.

Please feel free to connect with me in times of distress, or you feel like sharing your concerns, I am always available and I mean it.
