3. Write a crisp and detailed summary of your career. 

4. Keep your overall profile fresh and updated. 

5. 'Clean up' your online presence and other social media profiles. 

6. Don't hesitate in directly contacting the hiring managers and recruiters. 

7. Use 'personalized messages' while contacting the authorities. 

8. Try searching through the updates (or "Posts") using suitable hashtags, like #jobs, #hiring, #employment. 

9. Join professional LinkedIn Groups (like College Alumni/ Industry specific etc). 

10. 'Actively' follow your dream companies' official LinkedIn Pages. 

11. Try to find a mutual connection with your potential employer or through a common Linked group. 

12. Emphasize on your skills through suitable recommendations and endorsements. 

13. Above all, be visible on LinkedIn. Do like, comment, and share items in your LinkedIn feed.
